Why We Started This Company
James spent 15 years as a software executive inside the companies that AI was supposed to transform. What he kept seeing was the same pattern: a consultancy would come in, run a workshop, hand over a strategy deck, and leave. Six months later, nothing had changed.
The problem wasn't the strategy. It was that nobody stayed to build the thing. Teams were left with recommendations they couldn't implement, tools they didn't understand, and vendor contracts that created dependence instead of capability.
James founded AI Delivered in early 2025 to do what those consultants wouldn't: embed inside organizations, build real AI workflows alongside the people who'd run them, and leave only when the team owned the system themselves.
